The step that makes it work
Connect whoever you already talk to.
The assignments are written by them, not by us — Famlore keeps the record, and the playing happens in the conversation you already have. Until one is connected, nothing you log here turns into anything.
In claude.ai, Claude Desktop or Cowork
Famlore is in Claude's plugin directory. Add it there and it brings the Curator's way of working along with the tools, on every Claude app you use.
Open Famlore in Claude's directoryA browser page then opens for you to approve the connection, with no key to copy anywhere. On that screen, read the address under "Access goes to" rather than the name above it — anything can call itself Famlore, but only the address is registered and enforced.
Another client, or adding it by hand
For ChatGPT or any other client that speaks remote MCP, or if you would rather add Famlore to Claude yourself. This route brings the tools but not the Curator skill.
- Open Customize → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- Paste this address as the server URL, and add it:
https://famlore.app/mcp- Choose Connect. A browser page opens for you to approve, with no key to copy anywhere.
On that screen, read the address under "Access goes to" rather than the name above it — anything can call itself Famlore, but only the address is registered and enforced.
In Claude, the free plan allows one custom connector, so this needs a free slot. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner adds it under Organization settings → Connectors, and you then connect with your own account. Claude is the client we have run end to end.
In Claude Code
Added it from Claude's directory already? It is in your Claude Code sessions too. Otherwise, the same plugin installs from the command line:
claude plugin marketplace add devty/famlore-plugin claude plugin install famlore@famlore
Restart Claude Code, then run /famlore:check-in.
Same browser approval, same absence of a key. On that screen, read the address under "Access goes to" rather than the name above it — anything can call itself Famlore, but only the address is registered and enforced.
